New Problem-Solving Resources
The Center for Court Innovation recently launched a section of its web site to help practitioners broaden the scope of problem-solving courts by testing problem-solving approaches with wider defendant populations and applying key problem-solving principles (e.g., links to social services, rigorous judicial monitoring, aggressive community outreach) outside of the problem-solving court context. The new section offers fact sheets, monographs, sample documents, and other helpful resources.
