Danielle Malangone
Deputy Project Director, Midtown Community Court

Danielle Malangone joined the Center for Court Innovation in 2005 and is the Deputy Project Director at the Midtown Community Court. In this role, she leads the court’s clinical, workforce development, research and planning operations. Prior to her current position, she was the first Coordinator of Court Operations for Bronx Community Solutions where she created the Bureau of Court Operations, crafted project policies, and supervised a team of resource coordinators. Before joining the Center she worked as a Clinical Supervisor for the Brooklyn TASC Program providing evaluations and alternatives to incarceration for offenders with mental illness. Danielle is a graduate of Coro Leadership New York XVIII and received her BA from Oswego State University and MA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.

Adam Mansky

Adam Mansky became the Center for Court Innovation’s director of operations in February 2002. In that capacity, Mr. Mansky supervises the Center’s community courts and its technology and research departments. From 1997 until early 2002, Mr. Mansky was the Red Hook Community Justice Center’s project director, coordinating all aspects of its planning, development, implementation and operations. Prior to joining the Center for Court Innovation, Mr. Mansky practiced corporate law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and securities litigation at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and a J.D., cum laude, from the New York University School of Law. He currently sits on the Family Court / Family Law Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Robyn Mazur
Deputy Director, Domestic Violence Programs

Ms. Mazur is involved in various domestic violence court planning and implementation efforts, coordinates several Roundtable discussions for Domestic Violence Judges throughout New York State, and has been instrumental in developing training curricula for NYS Town and Village Justices. Previously, she worked in a domestic violence shelter in Maryland, where she represented victims in protection order cases and she worked as a staff attorney at the National Network to End Domestic Violence where she focused on Violence Against Women Act legislation. She is a graduate of Tulane University and the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Fertia McCauley joined the Center for Court Innovation team in 2007, as a fiscal associate, helping to facilitate the fiscal department's daily operations. She is a recent graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where she received a B S in Accounting.

Susanna Osorno
Juvenile Justice Coordinator, Harlem Community Justice Center

Susanna Osorno is the Juvenile Justice Coordinator responsible for the implementation of the Attendance Court program in both Red Hook and Harlem, including coordinating the relationships among the Justice Centers, schools, and service providers, and is the case manager for both project sites. She’s interned with the San Mateo Probation Department and the San Francisco Juvenile Probation Department. Ms. Osorno also volunteered with the Mission Neighborhood Center on youth programs where she assisted in the development of a youth program for at-risk girls ages 13-17 in the Mission District of San Francisco. Before returning to the field of Public Service she worked in Human Resources for three years. Ms. Osorno earned her Bachelor of Arts in sociology and minor in criminal justice from San Francisco State University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University.
